Virtual Admission Procedures
STEP 1: INQUIRY & VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE
We will be hosting Virtual Open Houses via ZOOM as a way for you to get to know our school and learn more about our program. This year, an Open House consists of a virtual tour/presentation of the school that provides a glimpse into classroom life, and an opportunity to ask questions. Our Virtual Open Houses are for adults only but we look forward to getting to know your children as you proceed in the application process. STEP 2: APPLICATION
If you feel strogly that Little Folks would be a great fit for your child and family, please submit an online application. This form will provide us with your family information and more specific information about your child. Once an application is submitted we will extend an invitation for a more individualized family ZOOM meeting. Online Application Form.
STEP 3: VIRTUAL CONNECTION
Upon receipt of an application under normal circumstances, parents are scheduled to visit the school with their child. Due to COVID and new policies around non-essential visitors, we will reach out to families individually about these visits. This is usually an opportunity for parents to see the program in operation.
Little Folks School will offer admissions through December 16th, 2020 for those parents who have made our program their first choice, and want to eliminate the need to visit and apply to other schools. Early admissions for the Tiny Folks Program is contingent upon sibling and legacy enrollment for that class. Tuition for families choosing this option will be at the 2020-2021 tuition rate and not subject to any tuition increase for the 2021-2022 year. Contracts for early admission enrollment are due within 2 weeks of admission.
New families applying after the Early Admission December deadline will be considered for enrollment during regular admissions. The deadline to apply for the regular admissions season is February 13, 2021. Decisions will be made in early March with contracts due by March 12, 2021.
Returning Student, Siblings and Legacies
The Little Folks School has a strong returning student, sibling and legacy policy. Children in these categories can take advantage of early admission.
Annual Tuition Fees:
$23,100 Morning Only Monday – Friday 8:45 – 11:45
$26,940 Full Day Monday – Friday 8:45 – 2:45
40% due with contract
30% due March 17, 2020
30% due October 1, 2020
Parents must provide written notification of child’s withdrawal. Notification provided to Little Folks prior to August 1, 2020 releases parents from their obligation of the remaining balance of the tuition.
