What do you like best about teaching?
I love teaching young children because of their sense of wonder. They have such a curiosity about the world around them and it is such a joy to be able to watch them grow in their learning through exploration.
What do you do for fun?
For fun, I enjoy doing yoga, trying out new restaurants, and traveling!
What are your plans for Spring Break?
I plan on traveling to the south of Spain (particularly Granada, Cordoba, and Malaga) for Spring Break. I can’t wait!
What do you like best about working at Little Folks?
Little Folks is such an amazing place so it is hard to just name one aspect as the best! I absolutely love the welcoming atmosphere and family-like environment that is so evident as soon as you walk in the door!
What is your favorite children’s book?
My favorite children’s book is The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister. I love the lesson it teaches!
What do you remember about your preschool experience?
I have very fond memories of my preschool as a child. It was a fabulous experience, where I got to get dirty with paint and mud and had a blast! Looking back, it was a place where I really got to be a child. That is why I love Little Folks so much - because I feel like I am reliving my preschool years everyday!
